We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a leading insurance agency. Join a top brokerage managing an assigned book of business in the Personal Lines department. Location: 100% Remote / Work from home
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $65,000-$70,000

Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Maintain accurate client information for daily support and intermediate-level inquiries. Develop strong relationships with insurance carriers, aligning with their goals for improved business ties.
- Account Management: Keep files and records per company standards for positive audits. Manage new and renewal policy accuracy, process changes, and ensure appropriate policy ratings. Monitor accounts receivable and policy cancellations and observe retention strategies for renewals. Maintain essential documentation like signed applications.
- Insurance Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge for timely carrier quotes and gap analysis. Continually update industry and technical knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Personal Lines Accounts with an independent firm.
- Property and Casualty License.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC agency management software is a plus.
