Accounting Specialist

Do you have Accounting experience and experience in QuickBooks Desktop? CornerStone Staffing has the position for you!!!

Title: Accounting Specialist

Pay: $26/hr

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm - Hybrid

Location:Fort Worth/Alliance

Job Duties:

• Accounts Payable/ Receivable

• Reconciliations

• Expense Reports

• Support with other AP / AR projects such as W-9s, 1099 s, creating budgets/proformas and budget prep

• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience

• QuickBooks Desktop is REQUIRED

• Excellent Excel skills

• Organized/VERY detail-oriented

• Basic computer and math skills

• Logistics experience preferred

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
