Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Ensure that phones are placed on auto attendant when appropriate.
- Bank Deposits/ bank runs
- Monitor and keep track of Automotive Dealer Tags- Keep Google sheet updated - keeps track of dealer tags
- Credit Card Receipts- Keep all copies organized by day. Review on a daily basis with General Manager
- Handle Incoming/Outgoing Mail
- Order supplies
- Make trips to Post Office as needed
- Call customers on open recalls and schedule appointments with them
- Call customers/vendors on sold parts that have been delivered to the Parts Department.
- Send mail, deals, check requests etc. every Monday & Friday to the Accounting Department
- Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and/or the Office Manager

- Must be able to efficiently use Company equipment and operating programs

- Must have strong computer skills
