WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee and support the daily workflow for RTS Accounting Clerks
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee accounting systems, policies, procedures, processes, and productivity standards
- Interview, hire, and train new staff
- Handle discipline, termination, and performance of employees in accordance with company policy
- Work to #BeTheSolution whenever you encounter a problem
- Have a willingness to serve and support your team so they can be successful

- 5+ years of AP, AR, general accounting/bookkeeping required
- Proficient with Accounting software, previous experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred
- Supervisory experience required
WORK LOCATION
- This position will work from our Cincinnati, Ohio office in Anderson Township (45245) on the east side
- This position is fully in-person; work-from-home/remote work is not offered
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Associates degree in accounting preferred, but not required
