Job description

The Accounting Clerk Assists CFO/Controller and Senior Accountant with
Accounting Duties and Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting tasks
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll
• Accounts Receivable
• Account Reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Supplemental Reports
• Filing (Digital and Paper)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Projects as Assigned

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years A/P, P/R, and Office Clerk Experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry and Analysis
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook; Excel; Word)
• Extensive Excel Experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Computer Skills
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
