Inventory Clerk (Must Have Dealership Accounting Experience)

Foundation Automotive is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our corporate office team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the office manager with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Tabulates and posts data in record books.
• Compiles records and reports.
• Records orders for merchandise or service.
• Reconciles inventories and floorplan.
• Provides information to employees and sales personnel.
• Prepares stock inventory.
• Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
• Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory-related role.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects, as well as work in varying environmental conditions.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
