SEM Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Create and manage multichannel ABM campaigns to focus on strategic accounts.
- Regularly generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure landing pages and ad creatives align with marketing objectives.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in search engine marketing.
- Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools to manage lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective e-commerce marketing strategies, including remarketing campaigns, product listing ads (PLAs), and shopping campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing agency or a similar environment.
- Experience developing and implementing ABM marketing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in managing paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms in a B2B environment (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) in SEM campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of keyword research and analysis tools, as well as SEM bid management tools.
- Experience in landing page creation and optimization to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools for lead generation and nurturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Compensation: $ $70,000 - $80,000 annually
This is a hybrid role located in Kaysville, UT.
