Position Overview:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will maintain accurate and efficient accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow in their accounting career in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
Processing accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Assisting with data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliations.
Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks.
Ensuring compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
