SalaryFull time on-site position is responsible for handling multiple bookkeeping and payroll clients for an accounting and tax preparation practice along with additional office duties.
Bookkeeping responsibilities include daily entering bills, classifying the disbursements and processing the disbursement by check or electronic payment. Month end procedures consist of reconciling bank and credit card transactions/balances to QuickBooks and corresponding statements. Payroll responsibilities include entering client’s employee hours for a pay period and processing the direct deposit using QuickBooks Online payroll. Setting up of new employees and deactivating terminated employees. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams skills are necessary. QuickBooks skills are preferred, but we will train for QBOnline. Office duties consist of answering the phone, directing calls or taking messages as well as scanning supporting client documentation.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
