We seeking an experienced Accounting professional to serve as Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant. The chosen professional will provide their expertise and accounting knowledge and assist the company, preparing, managing , and evaluating the AR/AP process.
Job Duties:
- Processing all aspects of the Accounts Receivable
- Processing all aspects of Accounts Payable
- General Ledger accounting including credit cards, insurance, intercompany postings and reconciliations
- Payroll Administration: Preparation of employee timesheets, summarizing information to provide to the Payroll Processing company, new hire packets and termination paperwork
- Job Costing
- Preparation of information for reporting sales tax to the CPA firm for filing
- Ability to work with multiple divisions and intercompany transactions
Requirements:
- 5+ years related work experience.
- Proficient with accounting software(s). Sage Intacct, Bill.com a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
