Spherion Staffing is hiring an accounting specialist for a boat lift company in North Fort Myers, FL. This is a temp-to-perm position !

-Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
-Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
-Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
-Resolve billing, customer credit issues, and customer discrepancies.
-Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts
-Assists in generating monthly billing statements.
-Perform general office duties
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-2 years of accounting experience
-NetSuite experience
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
