Account Specialist

Fuzion Field Services is a growing business and is urgently hiring an experienced and reliable Account Specialist with Accounts Receivable experience to help with our increasing administrative workload.

Essential Skill:

• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
• 1-2 years experience in QuickBooks
• Data Entry
• MS Office knowledge and strong computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Time management
• Prior Trucking Industry experience highly desired
• Prior Trucking Dispatcher experience preferred

Position responsibilities:

• Reviewing drivers' GPS logs
• Creating invoices in QuickBooks for services rendered to customers
• Following up with customers about their accounts
• Research and resolve billing/payment issues
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Reconcile accounts and aging accounts
• Other duties as assigned
