We are looking for a REBUILD DEPARTMENT Account Receivable representative to join our team and follow our core values of honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Using both Google Sheets and Quickbooks to invoice and track invoices.
- Responsible for reaching out to adjusters and customers for payment status.
- Answering phones
- Weekly team meetings
- Review and Update AR File/ AR Board
- Receive payments into Quickbooks
- Issue Estimates and Invoices as requested per the Billing SOP
- Call Clients to collect payments
- Call Insurance Companies for updates on claims and to try and direct payment to Romexterra
- Updates notes appropriately
- Send requests for additional info to the appropriate PM
- Update AM regarding any inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Meet with Administrative Manager to discuss collections
- Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Collection Target
- Work with AM to refine collections process
- Complete Training and Educational Modules as assigned by AM and Owner
COMPENSATION: We offer great pay in accordance with experience and incentive-based bonuses.
GREAT BENEFITS:
The employee is eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:
3% of total mitigation and content sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained
1% of total reconstruction/ repair sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained
The company will provide a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.

After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off
5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment
- After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
