Our company is looking for an organized, creative, self-motivated individual. You will be responsible for overseeing several aspects of a fast growing commercial cleaning company. The primary responsibilities for this position are customer retention, customer service, and new account sales.

Working independently and with others is vital as you will be significantly involved in the business strategy and the execution of the company’s objectives.

Being able to think one step ahead of how to handle and ensure client satisfaction. This would involve having strong communication skills, honesty, and follow-through.

The ideal candidate would have basic administrative skills and good people skills, It is helpful but not necessary to have knowledge of some aspect of cleaning or maintenance. Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.
