Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with potential and existing clients, and recommend State Farm products and services that meet their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with Team Members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Valid state license for selling insurance (or willingness to obtain).
