Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and growing our Drop Ship Jewelry Accounts. This dynamic position requires a candidate with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the jewelry industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
• Efficiently organize and manage product inventory.
• Create and update detailed product spec sheets.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle the processing of invoices and purchase orders with precision.
• Maintain SKU and style information accurately.
• Foster strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Additional Skills (not required but advantageous):

• Prior experience as an administrative assistant or Account Manager.
• Familiarity with the jewelry or fashion industries.
• Knowledge of Commerce Hub or similar order management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
