Qualifications A proven track record of successfully selling complexEDA technical solutions Superior leadership skills; ability to attract, engage,motivate, develop and inspire Demonstrated ability to deliver results that areoptimized at the company level (balanced between company and customer), thenteam, themselves Demonstrated leadership through partnership andcollaboration across a complex, global enterprise account Ability to handle competing priorities with an abilityto address and solve problems on a timely manner Possess outstanding oral and written communication andpresentation skills to all organizational levels, including executive, C-Levelleadership Bachelor's degree in EE or CS or equivalent, 10 years ofrelated experience Responsibilities Ideal candidate has a strong record in building andexpanding existing business within a high profile customer, as well as apassion to create new business opportunities; he/she maximizes businessrelationships through collaboration, capitalizing on the global network torealize corporate objectives Maintains an appropriate focus on competitive, customerand technology landscapes to form a strategic, near term and long-term outlook Excellent business judgment and ability to formulate avision, direction and strategy to build and motivate a cohesive sales team andincrease revenue Identifying and building strong relationships with keycustomers, executives and decision makers Proven success in motivating a worldwide, enterprisesales team Ensure effective collaboration with field technicalteams and the customer's to drive technology adoption and proliferation The total cashcompensation range for this position is $181,300 to $362,600 with 40% of this beingcomprised of an annual incentive target. Theactual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's worklocation as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
