Harmonic International is a website development and marketing company that is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined self starter for our Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative Role. We provide online solutions for small businesses to help grow their companies and generate more revenue.
We understand that SALES is the most important part of any business and we pay top dollar commission and annual residual commission to our sales reps. This role can be filled either full or part time, this role is for motivated self starters who share the same vision as our business and use it as a vehicle to achieve financial freedom.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Sales, being a personable person. We aren't aggressive/predatory sales, we are looking for more personal, genuine, but direct sales representatives
- General understanding of business operations
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warm calling experience is a plus
