We are seeking an entertainment-loving Account Executive with a can-do attitude to join our growing Production Sales team. In this role, you will learn the industry inside and out, identify and call on prospects to educate them on our Production Management software solutions, lead product demos, and grow and manage a client list. This is a chance to work with some of the biggest shows in the industry!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound & outbound sales and own the complete sales cycle from initial prospect to close for a specific regional area
- Establish & cultivate long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support
- Lead software demos for crews on live production sets/offices
- Collaborate with Account Management and Product teams to ensure client needs are consistently met (and exceeded!)
- Gather client feedback on new software features and work with the Product team to identify potential improvement opportunities
- Meet quarterly sales targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience with Sandler sales method (preferred, not required)
- A proactive approach to researching and prospecting leads
- Friendly, yet tenacious, personality: You don't readily accept "no" for an answer and you know how to positively engage people without being "that annoying, pushy salesperson"
- Seeks out constructive feedback as a means of personal and professional development
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and work from the bottom up
- High initiative self-starter with a positive attitude
- Passion for TV & Film (Be prepared to tell us some of your favorites)!
- Highly collaborative team member (our sales team works together - not against each other- to hit our goals)

The salary for this position is $90,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
