Account Executive, Home Health - North County

Account Executive - San Diego Home Health, North County Area

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for selling and growing our Home Healthcare services to physicians, hospitals and the long-term care market

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct in-services and presentations regarding our services to referral sources
• Promote professional relationships with physicians, care facilities and any other customers
• Consult with agency leaders on all aspects of marketing/sales activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
• Interact with supervisor regarding maintenance of accounts in CRM
• Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in geographically defined market
• Develop quarterly sales strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Display excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Minimum of two years of Home Health marketing experience is preferred with a track record of meeting sales expectations
