Overview
The mission of the Account Executive, +Recovery & Delivery Partnerships to develop and launch strategic delivery-related partnerships directly impacting Delaget’s go-to market, business, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, have a strong focus on new logo and relationship development and will have experience managing complex sales cycles. This person is a key member of our team and will effectively develop and execute strategies to (1) consistently and creatively prospect to generate partnership conversations, (2) partner with internal client-facing teams to leverage their franchisee relationships to generate brand interest and improve positioning, (3) successfully collaborate with brands and internally to design partnership launches to optimize success.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for sales of +Recovery and Delivery partnership with corporate brands, including their Corporate-owned locations.
- Accountable for prospecting activity (calling, e-mailing, LinkedIn, networking) to drive new opportunities within target brands, meeting or exceeding targets and quotas.
- Align with key business executives to articulate and demonstrate the benefits of Delaget +Recovery and Delivery offerings.
- Navigate Corporate’s buying processes, including on-site presentations, pilots, alignment with franchisee committees, legal reviews, and other steps necessary to best position Delaget’s partnership.
- Research, plan and develop short- and long-term business objectives and strategies for breaking into target brands, with a focus on leveraging internal relationships with franchisees to help achieve goals.
- Maintain in-depth product, industry trend, competitive and technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Marketing, to apply, support and refine our sales, onboarding, and customer success strategy.
- Provide timely, key metrics to stakeholders and be an expert at sales forecasting.
- Understand Delaget pricing policies, strategy and manage negotiations with prospective clients & brands.
- Orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales & qualification process.
- Accurately capture and report all aspects of account, opportunity, and partner information within Salesforce.com
- Respond to all inbound inquiries and web leads, qualifying prospects in partnership with the account team.
- Speak the language of our customers by communicating technical, industry and market facts to position Delaget as a best-in-class solution that delivers material economic results to our customers.

- Expert user of technology, specifically, MS Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in preferably Business, Marketing or Entrepreneurship plus 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated Restaurant/QSR and SaaS sales experience highly preferred, included selling into Franchise market where pre-existing relationships may be established.
Working Conditions
- Travel will be required to visit prospective clients and attend industry trade shows(ML1) (LD2) . Travel requirement less than 15%.
- May work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and/or in other positions when necessary.
