Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) in Small Commercial buildings in the US (and more worldwide) are operated inefficiently and fail without warning. Building owners and operators waste billions of dollars in energy, emergency repairs, downtime and food waste due to HVAC/R equipment failing. Tragically, these systems also generate the same amount of greenhouse gasses as 43 million gas cars and contribute significantly towards global warming.

Monaire offers predictive maintenance & energy management solutions to help small commercial building owners and operators reduce HVAC/R waste.

Monaire’s proprietary combination of low-cost hardware, predictive analytics, and contractor services drives 30% savings on energy and maintenance costs for commercial owner-operators, while eliminating the stress and hassle of coordinating repairs.

Monaire launched in Madison, WI in March 2022 and is currently servicing over 100 locations in Wisconsin. We have acquired these customers 100% via referrals - validating our product-market fit. This role presents an opportunity for you to lead sales in pursuit of scaling Monaire to 1000+ locations by the end of 2024.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the customer industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant, gas station convenience store owners and small business owners “customers”, understanding their unique business needs , and recommending the most appropriate Monaire solutions to help them achieve their success.
