Overview
We are seeking an Account Director to lead prestigious, high profile engagements with Pfizer specifically supporting an immunization to prevent coronavirus.
The Account Director will offer strategic guidance, tactical plan recommendations, and outstanding customer service for Pfizer business. This role is expected to work creatively and with a consultative approach to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client's business objectives and goals. Working with ambition clients and teams, you will have direct responsibilities and impact to ensure we reach targets and build strong partnerships.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of driving digital media growth, comfort with client presentation/management, deep understanding audience segmentation/sizing, landscape and the ability to ensure client success within matrixed organizations.
Given that we're building this team from the ground up it will be imperative that the Account Director is comfortable navigating ambiguity as we set the course for Pfizer. In doing so, they'll need to lead with empathy, compassion and confidence.

Qualifications
8+ years of Account Management experience, ideally within Media.
4+ years of hands-on healthcare media planning experience across all relevant channels with emphasis on digital channels. Proven knowledge of media planning and buying process with understanding of various vendors, different cost methods, various reporting and delivery validation.
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
Experience delivering global solutions. US is the lead market, but the ideal candidate has global experience developing a master and then localizations.
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.

Compensation Range: $91,000- $154,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
