Job Description
Position Title: Account Coordinator, Commercial Insurance Lines (supporting 4 Account Executives)
Job Responsibilities:
* Support Account Executives in processing insurance accounts, handling change requests, and ensuring accuracy in client information.
* Generate invoices, correspondence, and necessary documents for clients and carriers.
* Manage cancellations, reinstatements, and final audits, updating relevant records.
* Issue certificates of insurance and evidences of property.
* Collaborate with Underwriters for additional coverage quotes.
* Rate lines of coverage as needed.
Requirements:
* One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Basic understanding of underwriting and insurance coverages.
* Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Strong written/verbal communication and listening skills.
* Preferred experience with AMS360 or similar programs.
Pay range: $40-$48k
Schedule: Monday through Friday 730a-4p or 8a-4:30p
Location: 100% in-office
