Position Summary
The role of the Account Coordinator is to assist in the management of the clients and the production of world-class CGI visualization of products for market-ready imagery, animation, or video. Responsible for applying intermediate knowledge in workflow management to assist in the production workflow internally and support serving clients externally. The role will report to the Account Manager and partner with the Producer and/or Director of engagements.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Intermediate knowledge of workflow management (what your craft is)
- Plan: Assist client service manager in the building and management of accurate project schedules and deliverables
- Organize:Organize and maintain internal assets/server files
Support production workflow (how you apply your craft internally)
- Presentation: Create framework of client presentations for the internal team to build
- Resourcing: Support client service manager in effectively task team members to keep projects moving efficiently
- Communicate: Source, gather, and distribute digital and physical assets to the Creative team as necessary
Support servicing clients (how you apply your craft externally)
- Updates: Support team in providing accurate real-time status of projects to clients and anticipate client-needs
- Presentation: Build and maintain framework for client presentations when appropriate
- Service:Support Client Service manager and/or Producer in building a relationship with client(s)
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote is a MUST
- Attention to detail and flawless execution of daily tasks
- Comfortable working in workflow management software
- Work additional hours when necessary to meet client expectations
