SHIFT (www.shift365.com) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Account Coordinator who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and support for key Incentive Programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, an analytical mind, and a dedication to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat customer support for our client’s Incentive Programs.
· Utilize knowledge of client program guidelines and business rules to review, form independent judgments, determine compliance, and process incentive claims within service level agreements.
· Conduct payment events, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions in line with financial policies.
· Analyze data from various sources, providing reports as needed to support decision-making and program optimization.
· Engage in reconciliation efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and program data.
· Perform regular audits on incentive claims and payment processes to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards.
· Be an active participant in a culture of performance and continuous improvement, collaborating with internal teams to optimize the delivery of support and service.
· Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of service provided to clients.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client support.
· Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Efficient time management skills.
· Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management.
· High level of service orientation towards both external and internal customers and clients.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances.
· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office products
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $44,449.56 - $53,530.65 per year
