Overview: The Account Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the client service team in the sales and service process by providing prompt and courteous customer service to staff, coordinating client communication using established templates, and completing other administrative support duties. This position maintains accurate documentation and records of client deliverables through established processes and workflows.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, provide entry-level administrative services related to the day-to-day operating objectives of the client services area. Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from senior staff members in planning and carrying out activities and assignments, as assigned.
- Assist with reviewing and finalizing client communications and/or deliverables for service team members by using existing templates – includes correcting layout or formatting, spelling and grammar review, collating, printing, etc.
- Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity by entering and maintaining complete and accurate information.
- Follows existing procedures to perform routine assignments and to solve standard problems, and able to create new procedures as efficiencies are implemented.
- Prepare informational packets and give-away items for client benefit fairs.
- Complete data entry assignments into various web platforms as assigned by Arrow leadership.
- Complete special projects and other administrative support projects for the Arrow leadership team, as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to reliably commute to the office as this is an in office position.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Document design/formatting experience using Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and/or other design software is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, copiers, scanners, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Must be an independent worker who demonstrates a high level of initiative, problem solving and time management skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Technical insurance knowledge and industry experience desirable
- Associate degree in related field

Hourly Rate: $26.00-$30.00/hour (based on a 37.5 hour work week)
*A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
