We are seeking an Account Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will help create merchandise collections through R&D, production, logistics, and sale.
Daily Tasks Include (but not limited to):
• Report directly to your Senior Account Manager
• Delegate tasks between departments to execute projects in a timely manner
• Assist with merchandise lines; pop up shops, touring, logistics, international shipments, product development, event planning, ecomm (Shopify)
• Assist with tour merch logistics and communication with the venues
• Work with production department to ensure projects are executed to completion
• Kick-off new projects with Senior Account Manager and provide daily updates by communicating to all relevant parties
• Assist with Marketing dept; promotional assets, content creation, photoshoots & in-house photography
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by their deadline

Skills Required:
• Highly organized and self-sufficient. Self-starter attitude is a must
• Able to adapt to new software and tools. Provide suggestions on how to improve a process if there are lacking features
• Proficient in creating word documents, excel sheets, being able to prioritize and move around tasks under tight deadlines
• High level of communication, sense of urgency, and the ability to voice any concerns when necessary
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain healthy relationships
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (bonus if you have used Monday!)
• Experience in merchandising is a major + (mood boards, design, production, Shopify, ecomm)
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) is optional but desired. Provide a portfolio of work past/current work if applicable
• Must be able to work out of TDM HQ on Tuesday and Thursdays - located in Culver City, CA (work remotely on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
