About the Role
We’re looking for talented Associate Operations Processors to join a top banking and financial institute at their Shoreview, MN campus, to join their lockbox department.
In this role, you'll be performing general clerical operations tasks. As an Associate Operations Processor, you will be reviewing, sorting, and keying information into a proprietary processing system while verifying or matching data on documents; performing data entry tasks, and routine math calculations. Other duties may include opening, receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing, and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail. You will be supported as you train under supervision.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
• Receive, sort, log, batch, and distribute work
• Prepare and distribute the incoming and outgoing mail
• Utilize mail sorting and tracking equipment or system applications
• Prep and dispatch outbound packages
• Miscellaneous mail duties
• Sort and stage incoming mail
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under supervision following established procedures
• Open and prepare incoming payments for processing

Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- 6+ months of work or Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
