As a Trendsend Operations Associate Manager, you will provide leadership that supports Trendsend sales growth & key metric improvement by partnering with store Trendsend Teams, our Warehouse Team, our Care Team, our Loss Prevention Team and external partners to drive timely styling and smooth operations. You will partner with the Trendsend Operations coordinator closely as well as the Director of Trendsend and Home Office Trendsend team

Role Expectations

  • Ownership of Operational Excellence
    • Partner with Trendsend Operations coordinator on allocations & queue management. Own allocation strategy, rules, chat administration, with a continuous eye on process automation and improvement
    • Lead and manage process of returns, timely closing out of orders, chargebacks, and any tasks related to closing out payment accurately
    • Meet with Care Team regularly to discuss challenges and process improvements to improve customer experience
    • Partner with Full Time Trendsend stylists and Warehouse Trendsend Manager to identify opportunities, scheduling optimizations, develop training and anything related to supporting sales growth
    • Partner with the technical development team and Director of Trendsend to surface system opportunities/bugs, roadmap or prioritize tickets, troubleshoot issues, test enhancements, and own rollout & communication.
      • Own operational enhancements & bug fixes from inception to rollout
      • Owns quiz & styling app
    • Participant in vetting new tools, applications for all ops functions.
    • Own Weekly & Monthly Trendsend reporting (stores month-end, weekly sales recaps/best-sellers)
    • Assist Director of Trendsend with Marketing tasks
      • Weekly QA of email campaigns
      • Assist with Klaviyo (segment & list creation, maintaining fraudulent customer list, maintaining flows, etc)
    • Own promotion code creation for TS including backup codes for EE sales. Partner with Tech Team and Care Team for communication
  • Ownership of Store Relationship
    • Drive Trendsend performance in stores - ensuring monthly metric expectations are being met, analyzing and tracking monthly results, identifying underperforming stores, and owning Trendsend stores strategy
    • Own store-level reporting, sharing with leaders and business partners, including month end
    • Coach store leadership and directors on building their teams, scheduling, operations, queue & order management, onboarding of new stores, etc
      • Developing a cadence of in store visits to local stores monthly with openness to travel to key Trendsend regions
    • Training development and delivery of all aspects of Trendsend
      • Identify training needs, developing annual calendar and cadence of updating existing training and create new training topics/ideas and contributors
    • Partner with leadership team to determine best time to onboard new stores, deliver training to ensure success, as well as provide support during leadership transitions in stores
    • Own weekly scoop topics
    • Own monthly 1st Box Guide and Theme Box Guide
  • Ownership of Fraud & Collections Process for Trendsend
    • Partner with Trendsend Operations coordinator, Care Team, Loss Prevention Manager, and external fraud/collections partners to reduce loss in Trendsend channel by reviewing, implementing processes & rules, and setting annual goals for loss reduction
    • Ensure processes and reporting for accuracy and opportunities. Review monthly loss to determine key takeaways and share with key partners
    • Help Care Team investigate and solve issues; when patterns arise, take steps to create and document a process
