$55,000-$75,000/yr + Profit Sharing – Onsite – Full-time
[Responsibilities]
- Office Anarchy: Keep the daily grind running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities with a rebellious twist.
- Meeting Maestro: Coordinate schedules, plan events, and handle travel arrangements to ensure our team stays on track.
- Admin Extraordinaire: From greeting visitors to managing files, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks with finesse.
- HR Hero: Support our HR efforts by assisting with benefits administration, payroll processing, and onboarding.
- Financial Wizardry: Keep our finances in check by documenting transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
[Requirements]
- Experience Counts: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role. General knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing.
- Sorcery Skills: Proficiency in numeracy and fundamental math, with a strong ethical mindset and a commitment to regulatory compliance and confidentiality. Exceptional critical-thinking abilities, adept at analytical reasoning and conducting valuable research. Values efficiency and timeliness, demonstrating outstanding time management skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Sage Intacct accounting software and standard office software is a must.
- Onsite Superstar: Willing and able to work onsite 90-100% of the time, with the occasional heavy lifting (30-50 pounds).
- Detail-Oriented Organizer: A keen eye for detail and a penchant for precision and accuracy are essential. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a service-forward attitude are key, along with the ability be dependable and work both independently and collaboratively.
