As a member of our Learning and Training team, you will help create learning programs for our employees and customers. We are growing and are continuously seeking people who are self-motivated, love to learn fast, can get things done, and embrace challenges to solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum, programs, and learning solutions for a diverse, global customer and employee base.
• Communicate clearly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to set up meetings to gather pertinent information; keep stakeholders and SMEs apprised of process updates; follow up to ensure project completion and success.
• Work closely with Technical Communications writers to ensure consistency in wording/message.
• Identify instructional strategies and assessments that align with learning goals and outcomes.
• Conduct research and interview SMEs to elicit highly complex content and distill it into easily digestible chunks.
• Produce learning materials in a variety of formats, including eLearning modules, webinars, videos, quick reference guides, process diagrams, performance supports, curated content, live facilitator trainings, etc.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and modify learning programs as needed.
• Manage, deploy content, and analyze metrics of our Learning Management System.
• Manage learning projects and programs from project brief to post-project reporting.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, or Business and related fields.
• 5+ years' experience in instructional design and developing adult learning.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy, Kirpatrick's levels of evaluation, and other instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written forms.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, faced-paced environments.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint.
• Extensive experience with course authoring tools including Vyond and Articulate Storyline or other media development tools, and Learning Management Systems including TalentLMS.
• Ability to gracefully manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
