Bookkeeper

IMMEDIATE START - PART TIME (20 hours per week) - FLEXIBLE HOURS

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including analyzing financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Experience with Excel is a must.

Our ideal candidate is familiar with the various accounting software packages and/or ERP's. Experience with Oracle - NetSuite would be a bonus (however, this is not a dealbreaker if you aren't). Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

Other administration duties will be included, such as answering phones and ordering supplies and supporting management and sales staff as we have a small team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
