A Place 4 Me Collaborative is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing and ending youth and young adult homelessness in Cuyahoga County. .
```Duties:```
1. Assist the Knowledge and Impact Manager (KIM), Executive Director, Youth Empowerment Specialist (YES) of A Place 4 Me (AP4M), and Program Director of the Office of Homeless Services (OHS), as needed to facilitate YHDP implementation activities.
2. As determined by the HMIS Lead, the PES will work to implement the data plan to collect all required data to administer YHDP projects consistently across agencies.
3. Monitor continuous quality improvement (CQI) and performance outcomes for YHDP projects and provide recommendations for corrective action.
4. Establish expectations for regular data reporting on YHDP projects.
5. Work collaboratively with the KIM to facilitate outcome measure selection and support for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) team.
6. Co-lead and facilitate the CQI Workgroup.
7. Participate in Implementation Team meetings.
8. Make policy recommendations.
9. Work with providers to support their services to youth and young adults (YYA) experiencing homelessness.
10. Assist in special projects as identified by the CoC as needed.
11. Participate in CoC committees or workgroups as assigned.
12. Participate in HUD webinars and other relevant conferences as assigned.
13. Develop strategies to promote intersectional equity further and reduce disparities.
14. Coordinate with YES to involve REACH YAB in decision-making or planning regarding YHDP projects.
```REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:```
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a critical role in preventing and ending youth and young adult homelessness in Cuyahoga County. Therefore, first and foremost, the Youth Homelessness Program Evaluator must be committed to the mission of A Place 4 Me.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
· A certificate or associate degree in a relevant field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· Preferred knowledge of HUD definitions and monitoring procedures.
· Familiarity and demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and share data to create greater understanding and inspire action.
· Experience with complex project management and balancing multiple partner needs.
· Good working knowledge of relevant data and databases; experience helping practitioners use data to improve performance is preferred.
· Ability to clearly communicate technical information to various audiences and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
· Results-oriented skill at leading and participating in teams and ability to manage multiple and complex objectives and tasks concurrently with tight deadlines.
· Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to function well in high-pressure and small team environments.
· A proactive individual who thrives as a self-starter, adept at hitting the ground running, and excels in making valuable connections to establish and implement strategic plans.
· Willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” and extend beyond formal responsibilities based on the needs of the work.
· Capacity and enthusiasm to authentically share decision-making power with YYA.
