Description:

The Busser/Runner position will drive retail sales and extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that will be provided to each of our guests. Providing World Class Service to each and every guest is what sets us apart from all of our competition. The Busser/Runner is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain the cleanliness of the environment. They are responsible for cleaning tables, setting new tables, and assisting servers with refreshing drinks and clearing plats, in addition to a full understanding of WKSY's operational standards, policies and procedures. The Busser/Runner must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards, serve top-quality food and follow all Clark County Health Department guidelines and codes. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional guest service
• Responsible for overall Guest satisfaction.
• Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
• Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
• Responsible to meet all Health Department and TAM regulations and maintain standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the tavern
• Follow all department polices on pouring and serving alcohol
• Assist team members if needed
• Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description

Qualifications:

Required

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of bartending experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume tavern
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card and TAM
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
