Form of workYou will serve as a WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR in the Inside Machine Shop (Shop 31), Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering a WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM by evaluating training requirements, employee performance and personnel needs to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations while ensuring standards are within regulatory and budgetary restrictions.
