This position oversees programs ranging from analytics, insights, and compliance to business process development and rhythm of the business support all in support of the repair and maintenance business at Starbucks. This team develops and manages a suite of robust tools used to manage the business, is responsible for documenting, memorializing, and communicating changes to business process and supports a fleet U.S. repair service providers in the spend management and financial accounting space.
As a manager, program management, you will…
- Communicate learnings and insights of trends impacting the business to teams, project managers and leaders
- Be able to create structure and presentations for assigned work streams with minimal oversight
- Contribute to facilities team discussions to ensure that strategy materials well represent the business needs
- Develop robust and detailed work plans for key projects
- Manage workload and progress to ensure cross functional teams deliver high quality work on time
- Lead projects and develop presentations that represent the strategy of the facilities support team
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 8 years of experience in the application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools
- 8 years of experience managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects
- 8 years of experience building and mentoring teams including PMs and senior PMs
- 6 years of experience mentoring other project managers in program and project management
- 8 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations
- 4-year degree preferred
- Prefer previous experience in project management within a retail/QSR environment
- Previous experience managing programs within facilities project management supporting large retail/restaurant environments preferred
