Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivatedWork Order Specialistto join their team in the Fort Worth market. In this role, the Work Order Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate review and documentation of Work Orders received from our service providers. Ongoing technical training will be delivered by the Technical Services Board to ensure Work Order review captures any Work Orders not in compliance with Easy Ice SOP expectations.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Work Order Specialist position is responsible for providing timely and accurate documentation and review of Work Orders. They must verify that the work being completed in the field is in accordance with Easy ice SOPs. This position will need to be able to interpret tech notes and escalate to FS managers when service does not meet requirements. Ongoing technical training will be provided by the Technical Services team to ensure Work Order review captures any Work Orders not in compliance with Easy Ice SOP expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Distribute/Filter customer service emails daily
- Review and processing of Preventive Maintenance Work Orders, determine compliance based on tech notes and pictures
- Review pay Work Orders for accuracy to ensure the customer is billed correctly
- Create review and close all Work Order types
- Maintain and act as the point of contact for warranties
- Scan, email, and mail checks as necessary
- Assist techs as needed with sourcing parts
- Provide estimates, ordering, and PO support for pay service parts
- Maintain parts allocation inventory (techs signing parts out from warehouse)
- Reschedule Preventive Maintenance Work Orders, as needed
- Responsible to consistently increase technical knowledge
- Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
- Escalate any Work Orders needing additional attention or service needs
- Back-office administration and paperwork
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate
- 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
- Intermediate level of technical aptitude
- Team oriented
- Self-starter
- Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effectively perform in a fast-paced environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
