Title: *Order Processing Specialist
Reports to: Bid Department Supervisor
Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt
The Order Processing Specialist provides customer service and assists Bid Specialists with order-related tasks. It involves analyzing inventory information, maintaining computer systems knowledge, preparing special orders, and understanding the complexities of processing Bid orders. The role also requires a strong knowledge of the foodservice industry, completing administrative duties and special projects, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do
1. Provides customer service and order-related assistance to Bid Specialists
2. Quickly learn various computer/software programs used daily
3. Analyzes inventory information and maintains active computer systems knowledge
4. Prepares and processes special orders for small wares and equipment
5. Understands the complexities of processing Bid orders for various accounts
6. Maintains industry knowledge, attends trade shows and sales meetings, and seeks Bid Tabulations for future bid reports.

- Excellent Technology skills
