As the liaison between customers and suppliers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless Order Processing for our government and corporate clients. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for both customers and vendors.
• Pricing and Availability Guru: Obtain accurate pricing and availability information from vendors
• Data Entry Maestro: Input data into our inventory management software, updating pricing, contact information, and customer accounts.
• Account Management: Engage in proactive customer service through calls and emails.
• Order Coordination: Communicate with vendors to ensure availability, pricing, and coordinate expedited orders.

• Prioritization Expert: Ability to effectively balance multiple assignments and requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
