As we grow, we're looking for a WordPress Business Assistant who shares our passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive in the digital world. This role is perfect for someone with a blend of technical WordPress know-how and a keen sense of business acumen, ready to support our clients in expanding their online presence.

Position Overview

• Hours: Starting at 5 hours per week, with potential for growth
• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Bonuses: New client bonus available
• Schedule: Must be available to work between 9am and 11am PST

Your Role

As a WordPress Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, mainly driven female entrepreneurs, by leveraging your WordPress expertise and business knowledge. Your tasks will range from technical support to direct business assistance, including but not limited to:

• Troubleshooting WordPress issues with proficiency
• Conducting research on well-known WordPress platforms and engaging with online communities for solutions
• Utilizing tools like WPFixIt for quick fixes and maintenance
• Posting on social media to enhance client's digital presence
• Conducting lead research and outreach to potential clients
• Emailing existing clients for follow-ups, updates, or assistance with their WordPress sites

Who You Are

• Experience: 3-5 years of WordPress experience, experience can range from personal projects to professional engagements
• Skills: Exceptional in troubleshooting, research, and utilizing WordPress tools and resources
• Business Knowledge: Understands business tasks such as social media management, lead generation, and client communication via email
• Communication: Stellar communication skills, with a knack for detail and the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner
• Time Management: Capable of working efficiently within the specified morning hours, aligning with the PST timezone
