JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Central Florida team is hiring! You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties for the investment firm by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- FL Real Estate License Preferred but not Required
- Computer Literate
- Phone Etiquette
- Sales Background (Preferred)
- Can do attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and Maintain High Level Client Relationships
- Negotiate Property Pricing
- Run Comps on Properties Daily
- Host Occasional Showings
- Hit Weekly and Monthly Sales Goals
- Meets daily KPI metrics to ensure long term success in role

PAY STRUCTURE
Six weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is $14.60 per hour plus commissions. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
