As a key player on our sales team, you’ll dive into the field, directly engaging with dispensaries to promote our brands. Your goal? To amplify our sales, customer base, and overall market footprint by offering tailored, high-class solutions to every retail client.

Your Mission:

• Forge meaningful connections with budtenders, influencers, and customers, creating memorable brand experiences.
• Elevate brand loyalty and awareness through engaging interactions and strategic sample distribution.
• Serve as our frontline observer, delivering insights on retail trends and competitor movements.
• Strengthen our retail partnerships with regular visits, support, and education.

Requirements for Success:

• Must be 21+ with a reliable mode of transportation.
• 2+ years in a brand ambassador role is preferred.
• Exceptional punctuality and time management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to travel locally (75% preferred).
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
