Account Manager - Wholesale

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Address Client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about the company's products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Order Management:

• Process and manage client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain order records, including tracking, invoices, and client-specific requirements.

Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients and retailers to expand the company's customer base.
• Actively prospect for new clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
