Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Drugs Manufacturer to join our team. As a Drugs Manufacturer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drugs in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be crucial in ensuring the production of safe and effective medications.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in the production of drugs
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and consistent drug manufacturing
- Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Perform quality control tests on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Document production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and inventory records
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment and work areas to prevent contamination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
- Proven experience as a Drugs Manufacturer or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
