Job description

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Coordinating Manager is charged with and responsible for the following, under general supervision and moderate latitude for independent initiative and judgement.

· Supports, plans, schedules, and prepares various facility wide and department-based wellness and care experience initiatives

· Configures and documents wellness data for presentations and reports; oversees the H3 portal to ensure data is up to date

· Reviews and processes care experiences requisitions

· Creates promotional material as to assist in the promotion of the program facility wide

· Participates in huddles, meetings, presentations, and retreats as to support Wellness Program Director and Care Experience Officer

· Clerical support around answering emails and phone calls related to various requests and questions about the H3 program and Care Experience

· Assists with the planning and development of the Wellness Program

· Provides clerical, administrative, and organizational duties as directed by the Wellness Program Director and Care Experience Officer

· Reviews and processes care experience budget and requisitions

· Flexible work schedule, as to accommodate occasional evening and weekend shifts

· Other duties as directed

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

· Bachelors Degree Required

· 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare setting
