Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Description:
As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the face of our community on Saturdays and Sundays. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Liaison between Visitors and Residents: Greet visitors with a friendly attitude and assist them in finding their way around the premises. Act as a bridge between visitors residents, and staff, ensuring seamless communication and enhancing the overall experience for all parties.
Maintaining Front Door Security: Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff.
Handling Resident Petty Cash: Manage resident petty cash transactions with precision and accountability. Maintain accurate records and adhere to established financial procedures.
Answering and Transferring Phone Calls: Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, taking messages when necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service roles preferred but not required.
