Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the organization and its services to guests
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling deliveries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
