The successful candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:
Possess knowledge in Digital Marketing; SEO, SEM, Pay Per Click programs/AdWords, Google Analytics, Web Design/Maintenance, Social Media, Direct Mail, Radio/TV Advertising, Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Service skills, Ability to Identify and Sell to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Professionalism, and Product Knowledge and be Extremely Detail Orientated.
Skills / Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Web Design preferred but not necessary if have related work experience
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to type 35 or more WPM
Excellent oral and written communication skills with regard to spelling and grammar
Creative problem solving skills
Computer orientated, proficiency with Windows based applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Have a good understanding of product and services Clarke & Rush offers
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize within set deadlines
Bilingual a plus
