Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, provide information on our swim programs, and follow up with potential customers.
- Meet monthly sales goals with friendly and persuasive communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services.
- Exceptional phone skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Keyboarding
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- 18 years or older
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in sales
- Passion for swim education and safety.
Watermelon Swim is proud to employ the best customer service team in the Tampa Bay area which we are currently looking to expand. It's a great opportunity to earn an exceptional pay rate and work a consistent weekly schedule. We are hiring full-time members with shifts available during the day, evening, and on weekends. You must be available 1-3 evenings during the week and Saturday or Sunday.
